- Classic Chocolate Cake – classic chocolate cake topped with chocolate ganache.
- Red Ruby – butterscotch cake filled and topped with a rich and creamy vanilla frosting.
- La Dolce Vita Cake – a stunning orange cake with citrus mascarpone frosting, topped with candied peel.
- Chocolate Orange Fudge Cake – ultra decadent chocolate fudge cake with a hint of orange citrus and smothered and a rich decadent chocolate ganache.
- Low Gluten Orange Cake – a rich orange and coconut cake with orange frosting topped with coconut.
- Hummingbird Cake – a delicious moist banana & pineapple cake topped with a sweet cream cheese frosting.
