PRICING AND CURRENCY

All gifts are charged in New Zealand dollars ($NZ) and include a 15% Goods and Services Tax. Prices are current at the time of posting; however Bestow reserves the right to alter prices at our discretion. Delivery charges are additional to the cost of each gift, as outlined under Delivery.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Due to product availability, the contents of some gifts may differ slightly from those listed on this website. In this instance, Bestow will replace items with similar products of equal or greater value.

PURCHASING PROCESS – ONLINE ORDERING

Ordering online from Bestow is easy. Simply add your chosen gifts to your shopping cart as you browse our website. When you have finished shopping, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’;. you will then be asked to either register as a New Customer or Log In as a Returning Customer and guided through a simple step by step ordering process. You will receive confirmation of your order and an order confirmation e-mail, immediately your order has been successfully submitted.

PURCHASING PROCESS – TELEPHONE & EMAIL ORDERING

If you have a special request or simply prefer to telephone Bestow with your order, please do not hesitate to do so during business hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday; and 9.00am to 12.00pm on Saturday) on: +64 (09) 5343179. We would love to hear from you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers wishing to purchase gifts for recipients in New Zealand may proceed with their orders in the usual manner. Bestow does not currently ship internationally.

PAYMENT

SECURITY – Bestow’s payment page is fully hosted by DPS, our website does not collect or store any customer credit card details.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT – Bestow accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment may be made using these cards via DPS or Paypal when placing an order through our website or over the telephone.

CHEQUE PAYMENT – Bestow accepts personal, company and bank cheques issued in New Zealand dollars. Please make cheques payable to ‘Bestow Gifts’ and post to: 87 Bradbury Road, botany Downs, Auckland 2010, New Zealand with a copy of your order. Please ensure cheques are posted well ahead of your required delivery date as gifts will not be dispatched until cheques have been cleared.

DIRECT BANK CREDIT – Payment may be direct credited into Bestow’s bank account. Please contact Bestow directly for our bank account details. Bestow does not accept EFTPOS.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Once a gift has been dispatched from our premises the order cannot be cancelled.

Please ensure you supply the correct address when ordering. Bestow takes no responsibility for gifts delivered to the wrong address, due to incorrect delivery information being provided by the customer. If it is possible for the gift to be redirected a fee of $12.50 MAY be charged to re-deliver the gift.

In the event that a gift cannot be delivered (due to an incorrect address being provided or our courier being unable to locate or leave the gift at the address) we will contact the sender if we are made aware of this by our courier and attempt to re-direct the gift.

In the unlikely event that your gift is damaged in transit, we will happily refund the original purchase price and delivery cost, via the original method of payment.

Alternatively, damaged gifts may be exchanged for an identical gift or a gift of the same value. Bestow will dispatch a replacement or refund upon communication with the purchaser and / or recipient.

Damaged goods must be notified within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund or exchange.
